Terms and Conditions
Reservation policy
- Reservation should be generally done via email at reservation@metopema.com
- Verbal communication for reservation may not be valid
- Confirmation of Room Booking subject to advance payment
Cancellation Policy
- Beyond 30 days of arrival will be charged 20%of invoice amount.
- Within 15 to 30 days of arrival will be charged 50% of invoice amount.
- Less then 15 days of arrival will be charged 100% of invoice amount.
- Verbal communication for cancellation will not be valid.
Billing and Payment Policy
- All bill raised by hotel will be in local currency.
- 50% of invoice amount to be paid before arrival.
- Balance payment has to be cleared within 10 days of guest check out date.
- Payment via Bank transfer has to be intimated to Hotel Meto Pema reservation/account via email.
No Show Policy
- 100% of invoice amount will be charged on no show.
- A reservation is considered as No Show if the arrival does not occur on the date reserved.
Occupation Policy
- Maximum number of persons per room is two (2) only.
Child Policy
- Child under the age of 5 years is given as complementary.
